DEPOSITS AND
PAYMENTS:
A deposit of $1,000.00 per person is
required at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to
departure.
CANCELLATIONS CLAIMS
AND REFUND:
Up to 60 days prior
to departure. $400 per person cancellation fee.
60 - 46 days,
20% of tour price
cancellation fee.
45 - 31 days, 50% of tour price
cancellation fee.
30 days or less, including No
Shows. 100% of tour price cancellation fee.
Air cancellation fees will be in
accordance with airlines rules and regulation.
Except for verifiable extenuating
circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services.
For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in
writing within 30 days of the termination of the tour and be
accompanied by supporting documentation and/or a statement from the
Tour Operating Company verifying the claim. Any adjustment
considered will be based on the actual cost of the services involved
and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused
sightseeing trips or meals. Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. will not
accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30
days of the termination of your tour. All claims for days missed
while on tour should be made in writing within 30 days of the
termination of the tour.
TOUR PRICES INCLUDE:
HOTELS:
As indicated in each
itinerary on the basis of two persons sharing a twin-bedded room
with a bath. Single rooms must be reserved in advance at a
supplementary cost. Right is reserved to substitute hotels of the
same standard for those named in the brochure. All hotel taxes are
included.
MEALS: Buffet meals are included as stated in each day by
day itinerary. Where buffet is not available or practical,
A la carte or table dhote is offered.
SIGHTSEEING: By private air-conditioned car. With
English-speaking guide as shown in the itinerary, including entrance
fees for places visited.
TRANSFERS: By private air-conditioned car.
LUGGAGE: All transportation and transfer of two normal-size
suitcases. Weight limits 44 pounds.
COST OF THE TOUR
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Costs of obtaining passports and
visas; laundry; Beverages; airport departure taxes; communication
charges; excess baggage fees; meals or sightseeing not included in
the itinerary; international or any other airfares not listed as
included with the tour, all items of a personal nature; items not on
regular menus; travel insurance; gratuities to hotel staff and for
normal on-tour services and other items not mentioned as being
included.
INSURANCE:
Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. cannot be
responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage
and belongings, nor can we be liable for personal injury, accident
or illness. We strongly recommend you to check with your insurance
agent to make sure you are adequately covered for any possibilities.
You can purchase additional insurance from either your insurance
broker or a travel agent to cover luggage, personal effects and
accident and health. We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip
Cancellation protection.
Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. reserves
the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour
passenger should such persons health or mental condition or
physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the
tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers;
refund of unused land tour services is the limit of Interglobal
Travel Worldwide, Inc., Inc. liability.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. purchases
transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services
from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated
Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. in any way. Although it tries to choose
the best suppliers available Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. has no right
to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY
PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE which may occur due to (1)
wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of a
supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of
Interglobal Travel Worldwide, Inc., or (2) defects or failures of any
aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or
instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers.
Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. reserves
the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such
alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, and
to pass on to tour members any expenditures caused by airline
schedule changes, delays or events beyond its control. Traveler
assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby Interglobal
Travel Worldwide Inc. and its suppliers from any duty of, checking and
verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry
requirements of each destination, and all safety or security
conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed
travel. For medical information and requirements, contact the

Health Service . For information concerning possible
dangers at international destinations, contact the
Travel Advisory Section of the
U.S. State Department
These Terms and Conditions represent
the entire agreement between you and Interglobal Travel Worldwide
Inc. regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior statements
or representations. The performance of these Terms and Conditions
shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York,
United States of America, without regard to any principles of
conflicts of law. All legal proceedings arising out of or in
connection with this Site shall be brought solely in the state and
federal courts in New York County, at the State of New York. You
expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts.
Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid or
unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with
applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force
and effect. Interglobal Travel Worldwide Inc. may at any time modify these
Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this Site will be
conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of
your use.
PLEASE NOTE:
Inclement weather and other acts of
God may necessitate changes in the itinerary as outlined in the
responsibility clause. Force major includes any major world event
which adversely affects international travel patterns.
ARRANGEMENTS:
Tour prices are quoted in U.S.
dollars. They include planning, handling and operational charges,
and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariffs. These prices are subject to change depending on
international currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, and/or
inflation.
